You don’t have to worry about any hidden costs. We cover all customs fees and import duties for all international shipments. Whether you are in Europe, the USA, or anywhere else in the world, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! All our orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s progress every step of the way.

What are the shipping costs? 
Shipping is completely free for all orders of $40 or more. For orders below that amount, we charge $5.95 for shipping.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
We work with a large distribution center that handles all our daily shipments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stop by and pick up your order yourself.

Can I return my order?
Of course! You can return your order and get a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange this.
